I had a great time exploring nearby parks like Gran Parque Jesus Hinojosa Tijerina, just a short stroll away, and I appreciated the quick access to the commercial buzz of Paseo La Fe for dining options, making my weekend filled with nice outings in the city.

I came here for 22 nights and had a pleasant stay. Booked suite, that included climate control, a safe box and multi-channel television. The staff was very friendly on arrival and throughout the stay. The free parking was on site, friendly service.

I was charged more than expected upon arrival, frustrating. The room we received was not the one we booked, lacking the promised two queen beds. Instead, we had an uncomfortable sofa, and despite reassurances from staff that we would be moved the next day, nothing changed.

The loft room felt uncomfortably distant from the entrance, leaving a cold, sterile impression. The bathroom layout is quite odd. Utilizing a cramped toilet area without proper flow to the shower. The cleanliness of the room, especially the marble floor tiles, left much to be desired, feeling dirty right from the start. Issues with taxi availability on game nights were hinted at, reducing convenience for sports fans.

Loved the friendly staff and the Starbucks in the lobby 😍 the room layout was a bit odd with the bathroom situation. A good stay.

Really good Stay with Great Amenities and Service

The room was spacious and came with a microwave and coffee maker, made mornings so much easier. The nearby shopping mall offered fantastic dining options. I particularly loved the complimentary breakfast-great variety! A perfect spot for a relaxing getaway.

The outdoor pool was fantastic for cooling off after a day of exploring the city. My father enjoyed the gym facilities while my kids loved the wading pool. The friendly staff made every interaction pleasant, especially at the Starbucks in the lobby.

My wife says that the room we stayed in could use better soundproofing.
